ANGEL OF H.E.A.T. Gets the 4K Treatment It Was Never Supposed to Get

Synapse Films and Red Shirt Pictures present the worldwide 4K UHD premiere of Marilyn Chambers' Angel of H.E.A.T., and if you know the name Marilyn Chambers only from one side of her filmography, this is the other side — glamorous government agent, mad scientist, an army of androids, and a device built to disintegrate metal. Angel Harmony and a team of international operatives chase secret microchips through shadowy conspiracies, mud-wrestling disco parties, and every erotic detour the genre can hold.

Directed by Myrl A. Schreibman, Angel of H.E.A.T. is oddball sci-fi/action by design — campy espionage, carried by Chambers' undeniable star power. Mary Woronov (Eating Raoul) rounds out the cast. Shot specifically for late-night cable before a short theatrical run and a Vestron Video release, this is a film that was never meant to look this good. Red Shirt Home Video and Synapse Films are fixing that.
